A funny thing happened to me today...
1st let me say it was bitter cold today @ kfrg m03

When I started the engine on my 210 it started right up.... than the throttle began to advance by itself...
I pulled the throttle back, than it happened again... the throttle would start to advance..

The funny thing about this is if you look at the throttle, you could actually see it start to move forward quite rapidly.. when i put my hand on the throttle it actually felt like someone was moving the lever....another words I had to use force to hold 1000rpms

Has this ever happend to anyone.... I'm asuming it had to do with the cold temps today... After the engine warmed the flight was uneventful..

thx..

Were you in a cold environment? THere could have been ice formed on the cables causing this to happen.
