Anyone have any idea how much someone should pay per day and on an annual salary for a Cessna 421 for a Pt 91 private individual based in the Orlando, FL / Montgomery, AL (split location) area? He's willing to pay for school. Any pointers are much appreciated! Thanks.

I know a guy in New Orleans flying a pt. 91, CE-421C and I think he is making $46,000 a year plus they pay for his apartment and utilities. He handles everything for the airplane (scheduling maintenance, etc...)
