I think he was just making reference to several accidents over the years; The T-Birds back in the 80's, I think it was a 3 or 4 ship that crashed following their lead, the B-52 at Fairchild, the F-117 that came apart during an airshow, the T-Bird that hit the ground in Idaho and now the moose in ANC! I may have missed another one.

I think he was just making an observation that's all!

Airshows = tragedy in the AF

Incidents per 100,000 hours vary little from Air Force, Air Shows and AIR LINES!!!

The T-38 crash wasn't at an airshow...it was out at Indian Springs during a practice.

It was in preparation for an airshow, I think that's what the point was!
 
Relax people. There are things more important then getting your panties in a wad over some random persons comment(s). RIP to all crewmembers.
