It doesn't say if its a batteries powered or aircraft powered...

It s weird anyway, no?

Lots of fraud has occurred with Bose headsets at ebay, along with David Clark and Garmin GPS. My company almost lost $500 trying to buy 3 DC sets off of ebay, luckily he got caught before he could request the shipping address.

Be sure to check the seller out fully before proceeding.

Looks fishy. He took the "buy it now" option off, but I'm still leary, here's why.

He has 100% feedback, but a rating of ony 47, which by itself isn't that big a deal, but his last transaction was in January and you can't see what his other transactions were. A lot of scammers will make a lot of small transactions then sell a big ticket item and walk away with the cash.

There is no real picture or description. It's a canned description from the Bose website. Ditto on the picture. Why is he getting rid of "this unmatched combination of benefits is available in one lightweight headset"? Doesn't make sense. Even people who happen to come across a "lot" of something they may know nothing about will write a small description.

I'd stay away from this one. Keep an eye on it though, ask him what the serial number and manufacture date is. If he can answer that quetion he really has one.

BIN go's away automatically after a bid is placed or meets the reserve price!!

My 1st impression would be to stay away - I don't like buying things via a "file photo." I would also be careful of the warentee. Watch the price and see how high it goes. If it's anywhere close to the grand for an original then I'd buy from Bose.

My $0.02

Baja.

If you're worried have an escrow service as a middle man.

Or just call an escort service and spend your $600 that way.
