Intel is solid...if you want a three year option, you only have another month and a half to pull the trigger...FY04 starts 1 Oct...then no more sign ups for 03 program...the new one could be delayed until approved and message goes out been delayed over 3 months before, but they always pay you retroactively back to beginning of fiscal year
