Is it going to be a P-4 or PC-40, MPC-4, MPAC-40? I bet it is not as fast as the old P-3 down on the water, I have seen 400+ KTs IAS at 700' in a P-3 lightweight B on four engines, 345 IAS on three engines. All the transport jets I have seen have a 350 KT IAS limit what is the max IAS for a 737?.
