Bluesteam is part of Phillips 66. The office is in Bartlesville,OK. their headquarters.
Sometimes they are slow to get the fuel contract to the FBO, but on the other hand it could be dispatch fault also.

bluestem is one of the better ( read cheaper ) fuel cards around. i've used them for years. they changed the name to blustem within the past few years, i forget what they used to be called. never had any problems in 8 years that i know.they are the same people that's been in bartlesville for years, only the name and some ownership changes.
