I was trying to gather some information for a friend who has a phobia about flying. In particular, if I could find a fear flying class for her that would be great if anyone knows. The only information I found was from this site http://www.flyinganxiety.com. Any others?

Once upon a time (tail end of the golden age) I think even some legacy carriers used to run programs like this. I'm sure they have all long gone by the wayside.
