Bimini Island Air info?

I saw Bimini Island Air is hiring First Officers and Caravan captains. Does anyone happen to know if their First Officers are a pay for training type deal, or is it a regular position that isn't PFT and actually pays? I've already done a search on this site and was looking for more info. If anyone has any additional info anyone might know about this company such as pay, schedule, management, etc. it would be appreciated.

I used to do some work for the owner. He didnt want to pay his bills and wanted you to do illegal stuff. If he finds out you are looking for another job, you will be run off. The checkrides "atleast all of mine" were real shady and paid for. You might want to check into the owners history as a pilot????
