I saw an ad on climbto350.com that Big Sky Airlines is offering up to $5000 in bonuses if they hire you as a B1900 captain right off the street.

Holy crap! Are regionals getting that desperate!?

Seriously, why would you go there, unless it is the only place that meets your list of requirements. It is owned by MAIR, and some of the major stockholders are starting to demand that MAIR liquidate and cash out to the stockholders.

MAIR's CEO is so lame he had to judge shop all the way down to Texas to try to find a judge to throw out the Mesaba ALPA Scope control on MAIR based upon the fine legal reasoning of: "we don't like it, wah! wah! wah! we don't like it! Mr. Judge man, you need to protect us from the meanie union! wah! wah! wah!"
