Bidding at ASA

Just curious, Does ASA have online bidding ? Can you drop and swap on line with out having to go through scheduling or the company ? I know there are bidding systems and computer systems like this at some companies, I just didn't know if ASA had this . Thanks in advance

Yes, ASA has online bidding. It's a system called Flica. You submit your monthly bids, and during the month, your swaps/drops, but they still go through scheduling.
