What's the general consenses on this one?

I count myself as a quality of life person. All the pay in the world can't buy the most important things that I have in my life. Just curious because I meet many pilots who only seem to care about their paychecks.

As long as the money is sufficent to pay the bills and take care of the family, then QOL.

I would have to say its quality of life, but if you don't have the $$$ to go with it, your quality of life is going to be limited.

Exactly....both

It doesn't have to be an either/or ....as it seems most "regional" pilots think

PAY and QUALITY OF LIFE go hand in hand.

anyone who does not think so still lives with their mama.

;)
