Best place to find salaries

So we have Pro Pilot Mag and NBAA. Are their any other sources? Which is best/most accurate. I get the feeling there's not a lot of legitimacy to Pro Pilot's survey but I'm not so enthused about buying NBAA's if it's just as legitimate.

You can try any of these to get a feel for what the rate should be, but the only thing that counts is what they are willing to pay you.
