Best Instrument DVD learning?

Any opinion on the Instrument training DVDs out there? I know King and Sporty's are the major ones but which is better?

I just passed my written. I used a combination of an older King course, (which actually had more pertinent info), and a new Sporty's DVD course. This obviously worked, because I passed with no problems.
