Their seem to be many sources of flight planning out there: software, subscriptions, free services, duats, etc...which do you prefer and why?

Oh, that's easy. http://www.fltplan.com It's the best thing since sliced bread. Frequencies, enroute times, customizable aircraft profiles, flight schedule are all available. And, it's all for FREE! I hardly ever go anywhere without a fltplan.com flight log.

Fltplan.com is great. Our dept. uses FliteSoft . It's the best, most accurate flightplanning tool I've seen. Flights of any length (including multiple legs) are routed, briefed and filed with a push of a button.

fltplan.com definately rules. Extremely user friendly and free.

And FracCpt you MUST try this site....
