Anyone have any info on Berry Air out of Tx? Pay, interview gouge, bases, QOL, and any first-hand info would be greatly appreciated!

Pay: ok.... could be better.

Interview: umm, I never got one. It was if I could show up to class the following Monday I was hired.

Bases: San Marcos, Corpus Christi, SDF, RIC, Tunica MS, Jacksonville or Norfolk, Omaha, Concord and San Diego CA, Kwaj Islands.

QOL: Depends totally on your base and flights... I've got 1 day off a week.

Let me know if you need more info

i wont say much, few people ended up in ****, in malta !! two years ago.

That doesn't mean anything. Bad things can happen at any operator. I have a bud who flies out of North Island and he likes it, they treat him well, etc.... Could it be better? Yes...but show me an operator where you can answer no to that question.

Actually Kwaj is not a base anymore. Airscan guys have that one locked up. Too bad, I did two months there and would go back in a hearbeat.

Berry is good for what it is. Time building 135 operator. You fly real airplanes to cool places and see some unbelievable stuff. "Traffic to follow is a U-2"! Try landing on the lake bed at Edwards! I actually didn't have the pleasure of that personally but I know who did. Oh yeah, don't forget a Tinker burger.

I will always remember my time at Berry.
