What is the general idea among pilots when it comes to aircraft flown Vs. Flight time

Currently I am flying a 60k lbs turbine aircaft. the CV-580, However I only have 1600 TT 200 Turbine 300 Multi 250 SIC Turbine

How do airlines look at this compared to the person that has 2000 TT+ with 300-500 muti/piston

The more Multi-Turbine-PIC under Part 121 the better. Fill up each of those categories as much as possible. Time in a specific type helps if the airline has that type. Otherwise it's kind of like the difference between a Cessna and a Piper single. It all comes under the heading of SEL.
