I am sure many pilots face the same problem as I do. I was laid off right after 9/11 and have not flown since. I have almost 4000 hrs part 121 time, the problem is that hrs in the past 3,6,12 month are zero. I have someone walking my resume in at Air Wisconsin and ACA. Does anyone have any info on how much weight the airlines put on current flight experience nowadays.
Are there any airlines in particular that care more or less ??? Let me know if you have any info..

I'm in the same boat. It's hard to justify flight time over bills and food, on a "temporary" $10/hr. job. ACA just called me for the phone interview and I tried to explain that in a professional manner, but I'm not sure it made any difference to them. We'll see.
