I have seen this on multilpe aircraft in my work with the operator of the largest Beechjet fleet in the world. (Any guesses who I work for?) I have flown everything from RK-003 to the newest aircraft that we currently have - RK-506 and have seen this issue multiple times regardless of the RK number. Every time it is written up, the aircraft is grounded and the issue resolved. Sometimes it takes two or three visits to the MX facility, but eventually the issue stops. It can be caused by anything from carpet lint in the outflow valves to a bad pressurization controller.

My advice, have it corrected ASAP. Pressurization is nothing to mess around with. The issue manifests itself on the ground right now. Better that than have it manifest itself at FL410!
