I have been asked to research what others are paying copilots that are operating Beechjets or similar equipment.
We are a part 91 South Central based one plane two pilot department flying 200 hrours per year. All of our trips are scheduled well in advance, very few out and backs and we average around 8 ron's per month. Other than keeping the drinks and snacks stocked, the only other responsibility is to show up on time for trips.
Our current pilots experience level is 1700TT with 850 jet/multi. Flight Safety training provided and typed in the Be40.
I know every company/flight department is different, I just want to get an idea of others would pay somone with this experience level.
