Central Florida = $45K, BE-200, BE-9L, Starting Captain pay 135 operator.

If the operator will use you a lot then see if you can manage to get a contract/per day pay negotiated and set up. You could do much better this way at $275.00 to $375.00 a day depending on the region in which you will operating in. $45k is not an awful lot of money if you are on call 24/7 365. If you are only to fly 1 or 2 days per week then obviously you would be better off on salary which you would get paid regardless of whether you fly or not.

I was on a day rate here in Raleigh @ $300/day acouple of years ago.

That was in the right seat. If I remember correctly the guys in the left seat were in the $400-$450/day range.

In the Atlanta area, at a major FBO on PDK, the pay for a BE200 captain is 45K. This is a 135 operater.

$400 per day, avg. 3-4 days per week parts 135 and 91 in Socal.
Wow! Between KSBA and KSDM I know alot of BE20 drivers and you make more than any of them. Good work. Let's hope this is a trend.

What would be a good pay for a BE-200 Corporate PIC (flying 25-50 hours a month, 2/3 days a week) (based in the west)

Thanks
