Bay State Psychological Associates
www.eri.com
go to this page and read it. find out all you can before you take that test for $38. theres good hints and clues you can find on how their test is aimed and what the prospective customer does to make it work right. how its set up basicly...
It's called position profilling. to make sure they get the right attitudes. who can blame them. heres how its done.

the test examins areas found here

theres two pages and the second one has the bell curve immportance shown and all that good stuff. i really think someone can crack this thing or at least post some guidelines on what to do to ensure a good pass. for paying this money you should get to submit your resume for review anyway. thats how i feel. each section rates on that curve. so look at each wuestion, determine what category it fits into and answer accordingly to make it look good. thats all i can think of.
these are the areas they look at and how they think they affect your future performance. again, i dont blame them. with whats out there its tough to know who went through what to wind up needing a job at Corona-Salt-Limes Cargo.
these people are into using a crystal ball through technology. i wonder how chuck yeager would perform on this test with his personality and uniqueness...thats the scary point to all this. pilots are renowned for their uniqueness and different personalities.
so use this imformation if you can. ive sent them a nice letter with general questions about the people that are using the softeare and their response form them and how its working out. plus i asked how much they charge for each test.
well see how it all works out.
