Is BAX giving up the domestic market? If this is the case what will be the future for Cappies folks?

BAX has historically pulled in and out of quite a few domestic markets. Those sales people may have been referring to a local MIA station or distribution facility. BAX to my knowledge doesn't serve MIA directly by air, but goes into FLL. We're planning (as well as counting...) on flying BAX domestic freight for a long time to come. Who knows what'll happen if enough greenbacks start flying around in the boardrooms, though....

Countbat, I wouldn't go getting your panties in a wad quite yet. I'm sure Schenker’s plan is to make a few changes in the near future, like a name change or two. But I would not worry at this time about a system wide domestic pull out. Not that it could not happen but I think you are jumping the gun prematurely.
