Hi all,

I was wondering, what is going on with Bankair this days. Are they hireing at this time, do they have a pool of pilots, what is the pay like, upgrade, training, reserve, bases, planes, etc...

Please post.

Thanks a lot.

Pay starts around 30k depending on your experience. Raises do come in the first year. Not hiring right now. At least 15 Lears and some MU2's, maybe a couple 402's. They will type FO's after a period of time with Cap pay after being typed. Bases are all over the U.S. A week of training at Simuflite and the rest in Colombia in the airplane. That's all I know. Take it with a grain of salt as I don't work for them but know someone who does. Seems to me to be the type of place where knowing someone is the big key.
