Requirements: Looking for a highly motivated individual who would like an outstanding opportunity to grow with a FAA Part 91 Corporate Aviation Flight Department. You must live in Niagara Falls, NY area - Sorry, commuting is not an option. Must be able to respond quickly, 24/7 for flights as SIC on our corporate jets world-wide. In addition, must be able to ensure aircraft readiness, file flight plans and pick up ATC clearances prior to passenger arrival and perform all other duties as assigned. Candidates with an A&P are a plus. Low time pilots are encouraged to apply as well. There are NO days off, ever! Must be willing to work nights/weekends/holidays. Detailed job description on file. That is why they have to have a contract. To make them stay more than a month after they figure out that flying a jet does not make everything in your life better.

I saw an outfit meeting this description try to make a guy reschedule his wedding with a week's notice.
 
Maybe not so bad?

Friend of mine had a business (non aviation) and would place ads like this to see who would apply. Sometimes it can be used to separate the folks that are looking for cush versus those that are willing to do what it takes. Alot of people would give him the same reply that y'all are, but he rarely lost an employee to a competitor. I guess the bark of the ad was much worse than the real bite at work, However, it would definitely make me think twice also, with the way this one is worded. Just a thought.
 
That job posting = We want to hire someone who can't get hired somewhere else. No professional outfit would post such nonsense.
