i have been hired at a regional airline. the majority of the info on the application is accurate. i know i missed a couple things based on small insurance claims. no police action or tickets issued. but the insurance companies may have notified the dmv. any possible red flags here? also maybe 15 years ago i had a accident that i totally forgot about, wasnt my fault. i dont think i listed it on my application. what do you think? thanks.

As long as you answered the questions on the application truthfully, you won't have a problem. You don't need to give more information than that, unless asked in the interview.
