Just wondering how most regionals do their background checks. Do most offer employment before the check is completed or do the check before offering employment? Also typically how long does it take to complete the check? Just a gee whiz kind of a question that I've always wondered about.
All right, spill it. What did you do in college that's going to get you in trouble with a future employer? Admit it. This is not a "Gee Whiz" question. You have something to hide, don't you?
As to the offer of employment before or after the check....it doesn't really matter, if they offer you a job, and something "not good" shows up on the background check, well, you might not have said job for long.....
