I've sent an employment package to API and now it's time for the the interview. Does anyone have any experience with API and can you tell me what to expect from the interview?

Janice Barden is a Pyscologist who will screen you for potential employers. Your records stay on file for future employers.
She has been in the aviation industry for 20 years that I am aware of.

Good Luck.

I got my current job through Jan. She is a professional. She generally only deals with top companies. The interview has nothing to do with flying. It's 100% personality. Enjoy your time talking to her. Show her you have investigated the company she is interviewing you for. And above all relax! Oh yea don't forget to listen too.

Tell her Randy from Mississippi sez "hi" and "Thank you".
