The Global Aviation Degree Program at Utah Valley State College (UVSC) just got the approval to allow pilots to challenge up to 30 credits of their Bachelor of Science – Aviation Professional Pilot Degree. College credit is awarded for flight ratings, and prior college credit is transferable.

The degree program is 100% online, and is regionally accredited by Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges (NASC). Federal Financial Aid is also available to those who need it.

Utah Valley State College is a State College with more than 23,000 students. The Global Aviation Degree Center, a department of the School of Trades and Technology at UVSC has more than 1,000 online students working on their aviation degree at any given time. According to AOPA Flight Training Magazine, December 2002, “Utah Valley State College in Provo, Utah, has been a leader in this relatively new method of scholastic enterprise.”

If you are flying and you haven’t already finished your 4-year degree, you may want to look into Utah Valley State College’s program by going to aviationuniversity.com, www.uvscaviation.com, or by calling 1-888-901-7192.
