So what the new scoop on these guys?

Did a search, and most stuff dates back to '03 - said upper management had some issues and the company was a sinking ship. Is this still the case?

Saw a posting online today for LR45 FO's and Captains, there website doesnt even show they have any 45's.

New addition perhaps?

Knew a pilot that worked at Averitt when I used to live in the BNA area, his opinion was not good since he was safety minded. He related that he would never go back to Averitt or that "other place" at M88,this is from '03-'04 time period.I recollect he said that neither Averitt or that "other place"at M88 were safetyminded.
He also indicated he was tired of being "scared to death" on the job, since he had to fly with too many squawks on a regular basis.

Averitt is a big time turcking company. Take it from there.

Averitt has its issues, but they are a very Safe place to work. They try harder to run by the rules of 135 then most of the other operators. They still have the same MGMT they had when I was there from 00-03. I have a few friends that are still there. They are trying to focus on "aircraft Managment" Its not a bad place at all and they are backed by a multi-million dollar trucking company.

I thought they sold everything about 1-2 years ago. Heard those guys that were working there were trying to get out like rats on a sinking ship.
