2. Don't get put on payroll until you finish all the groundschool

3. Around 2 weeks for ground schools. flight training is anybody's guess.
flight schedules change around depending....
 
You get per diem for the first two weeks 625 total, then the saturday after ground school you are on the payroll

HAHAHAHAHA!!! Yeah, but even once they get that sim up and running, that one sim isn't going to be enough to train everyone. Especially with all the hiring they got going on. Good luck with that!
 
And it's Avantair...not AvanatiAir.

Sim is on the certification process. it's built and used for system integration system when the techs aren't using it. looks like around October it will be certified.
