Does anyone know the current status of their fleet? We have a few private owners in our company and I am sure that they will be questioning our department as to the status. We have had no communication from Avantair.

I hear some sort of checks going on today and back into the air tonight or tomorrow...

Dramair

My source on the inside says he got an email to the Avantair owners saying a false accusation on a whistleblower hotline caused this grounding. Something about life limited parts were being used as new... CEO had a conference call to the Avantair Owners Only most likely for damage control!

i feel bad for the flight crews, ive been there. That place needs shut down before they really hurt or kill someone. Someday the world will learn from piss poor management.

Personally I think the place is safe, but this is yet another PR disaster for them

They might have to hire new management, adopt a new name, get rid of their tarnished brand and start from scratch
