I'm not a pilot, but I am a dispatcher looking to maybe get back into fractionals as the airlines have me quite nervous right now. I don't know much about Avantair. Is there anyone who can say if it's a good place to work, and does the company seem fairly stable? I'm definitly looking for more stability since I have our first child on the way. Florida might be a good place for us too since my wife desires a teaching position...I heard Florida hires teachers like crazy. Thanks for any information you could provide.
