Any ideas when the IPO will be offered?

Don't use one just play around on ameritrade and want to buy some of the stock. I am not able to find anything except the basics that Ardent bought Avantair and plans to offer a IPO on the Nasdaq. I was hoping someone with Avantair would be able to shed some light on this.

The stock trades under the symbol aacq on the nasdaq. The warrants under aacqw.

Don't know that we are on the NASDQ yet. Last I heard, we were applying for a NASDQ listing, but stocks can be bought "over the counter" thru a broker

Do they intend to offer a IPO specifically to Avantair or is gonna be attached to the parent companies stock.

You can buy the stock thru any broker on the OTC.

They have applied for a NASDAQ listing with a symbol change.

You may be interested in their 2nd quarter financials (period ending 31 Dec 2006) which were posted from their earnings conference call yesterday (Mar 13). Go to their website and click on their investor link.
