The San Diego Mission Bay chapter of the International Women Pilots Organization, aka The "99s", is offering a $750 flight scholarship.

Applications will be accepted from certificated women pilots who reside in Southern California seeking advanced ratings OR from female student pilots who have passed their written exam and have soloed who reside in Southern California.
