I'm a pilot with UsAirways Express and am wondering if anyone can tell me if we are allowed to jumpseat on Midwest Express and Skyway? This months commute will be much easier on me if we are OK to ride. BTW, any 121/135 pilots are welcome with us!
Thanks Much.

Jumpseating

You trying to jumpseat on Beech or Jet flights? To what cities? I'm not sure what the flightdeck rules are for the jets these days, but in the Beech, if we have open seats, you're welcome to ride. I never jumpseat, so I have no idea off the top of my head, but I do see darn near every airline out there jumpseating on the Beechcraft . I'll look at the jumpseat committee and reply if I find out anything.

Jumpseats

As many open seats in the back, you're welcome to. Its an open jump policy and if you have any problems with the gate agent, graciously ask to speak to the capt.
We'll take you from any airline, whether we have a reciprocal policy or not. We only ask you try to get us that policy on your airline!

Happy landings,
-Thunderchief

You might want to have a backup plan.
