The Palomar Chapter of the Ninety Nines is offering two $500 flight scholarships to assist women seeking to enhance their flight skills by the acquisition of a higher rating or to advance their aviation education as part of a degree program at an accredited college or university.

Once awarded, the funds will be sent directly to the flight school, university, college or other institution chosen by the recipient. This Scholarship is open to all women pilots, including all other 99 members and to women pilots currently enrolled in or planning to attend an educational institution with an aviation program in San Diego County.

1. Must be female with at least a private pilot certificate.
2. A member of the Ninety-Nines or a student enrolled in an aviation program at an accredited college or university.
3. Illegible, incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
