Does anyone know if I am able to get my ATP rating in a level D sim when I get my Hawker Type rating???

If you give the examiner a valid written, I don't see why not.
I got my ATP ticket in a level C 737-200 sim, thanks to the WIA.
I'm sure lots of military pilots get their ATP the same way.

You probably won't be able to get your ATP rating, but there's a good bet you can apply for your ATP certificate, instead;)

With a valid ATP written and a logbook showing time requirments are met, no problem. The 2-years on the written can be extended under certain circumstances of employment.

I believe you need one of the following to get a type rating in a sim (no 15% ride in A/C).

- Hold a turbojet or turboprop type rating in the same class

- 2,000 flight hours of which 500 are in turbine-powered airplanes of the same class.

- Have at least 500 flight hours in the same type of airplane the type rating is sought.

- 1,000 flight hours in two different airplanes requiring a type rating.

If 500 of your 1,400 hours are in a Hawker, then you can get the type all in the sim.
