ATP convert to ICAO ATPL, Emirates?

I'm short on "research time" so my apologies if this info was posted elsewhere on FI. I want to apply to Emirates and they require I have an ICAO ATPL. What does it take to convert an ATP to a ICAO ATPL and must this be done prior to applying to Emirates?

Your FAA ATP is ICAO....there is no need for any conversion.

There's no actual certificate that says ICAO ATPL. What they mean by ICAO ATPL/ATP is the issuing agency/government is member of ICAO. USA is ICAO member so your FAA ATP is ICAO ATP.
