Atlas Air (Not Pilot Position related)

Hiya folks, I'm wondering if any of you can tell me how you like Atlas Air, the management, the business prospects, etc. I've got a possible interview in a few weeks and would greatly appreciate any input. Please note this is a desk flying job not a pilot job but poor(good) management is poor(good) management regardless. I know this aviation board is a pilots place but any opinions would be great.

I've done a search of this section and prior posts, generally, people seem to view the company in a positive or at least not a negative light. Sorry for the intrusion into your fllying matters section and thanks in advance.
