Has anyone seen the rediculous, childish ads Atlantic Aviation has put out on the NBAA website concerning the Challenger incident at TEB?

Pretty childish IMO.

Just to make sure you got the message, Gearmunky, Atlantic Aviation had nothing to do with the charter of the aircraft that had the accident. Repeat 9 times. Atlantic Aviation needs to send that chick to class and dignity school.

Good avatar, btw!

I looked on the NBAA website, but couldn't find anything about TEB crash issued by Atlantic. Is it possible they have pulled the ad ?

It was on the NBAA Air Mail (you have to subscribe to it - it comes directly to your e-mail).

Basically, it was some lady from the charter dept. at Atlantic Aviation TEB saying it wasn't them that had the accident. She sent it something like 9 times. It was pretty tacky.

You would think that anybody who cares *knows* that absent any proof to the contrary, the FBO didn't charter or arrange for the charter of that aircraft...

My favorite quote in the USA Today was "According to the FAA, the plane was cleared for takeoff at 0720." I never ever could figure out the relevance for the *times* of a takeoff or landing clearance in a crash.
