Ok Gup I busted you. You got my curiosity up and I did a quick check on Travelocity. I checked a couple markets were we competed with AK and prices were about the same, I found some cheaper tickets on Hawaiian actually. You should have searched more, you would have gotten a better deal on Hawaiian. Not to mention a free movie, meal, and true Hawaiian style service! Another problem with going to Hawaii on a 737 in the winter is the jetstreams we are getting now means you could get bumped, your bag could get bumped or you might have to divert to OAK for fuel before crossing. Can't fill up a 737 and be ETOPS legal with a strong headwind.

I tried to fly you guys! Departure was inside 30 days. In all honesty I tried to avoid a connect in HNL and did so with AS. I hear you guys have a great product and look forward to giving you guys my money next time I have more time to plan ahead.

I'm just trying to give you some free advice from an outsider looking in. I think you guys are getting played by ALPA. Do the math and add up all the money you are leaving on the table every month. Plus the risk involved that you will never get on the list and will remain as Guadaloupe Airline pilots. Not a good place to be.
