I just applied for employee parking thanks to one of the AirTran Chief Pilot's benevolent work. Is it pretty convenient? How often do the shuttles run? Where does it drop you off? Sorry for the dumb questions, I'm just excited and trying to figure out how to plan my trip to the airport. Thanks for hooking a brother up!

It is pretty good. Most times bus every 20 minutes. Couple times during the day it is every 10 minutes. "Technically" You will have to take the Land Side Bus. It goes every 45 minutes I believe or take the normal bus, get off and jump on the train back to the main entrance to go through security per TSA then come back for your flight. Parking lot is south side at Clark Howell. You must have a ATL badge. I assume he gave you the paperwork to do this as well? There was a spurt of vehicles being broke into and catalytic converters being sawed off but I have not heard of anything recently.

Thanks Squirrel! My car is a real piece of $h.. so they can take the whole thing. See you on the bus!

That is how I roll also. The FAs and rampers are the ones with the nice cars. Glad they can work this out for you as someone who use to have to pay for ATL parking!

So true! My neighbor is a bankrupt Delta FA with a new BMW because she just couldn't see herself in anything else. I guess it makes her feel good to come out and see my beater across from hers.

The Flight Attendant is 24 and hot. She is being bankrolled by the 15 year Captain who also has 3 kids and 2 ex-wives.

= Brand New Mercedes for Reserve F/A

Reality Bites... :D
