If I'm reading this right, she didn't do it on purpose. Do you realize how many kids have been killed when a parent forgets the kid was in the car and run in for a quick errand, or even work? The car is like a glass greenhouse, and the temperatures reach well into the un-survivable range. And parents of these kids have included doctors, lawyers, teachers, etc. It's something they forget in the heat of the moment (no pun intended) and discover later - to their horror. It is a terribly sad affair.

Now on the other hand, if it is deliberate...

Just like the Saab in the the summertime!! For whatever reason it is okay by managment if we cook the pax for 15 min with no air.
