Is there a place to park where one can pay monthly?

Marriott on the south side charges $60/month. The first month you have to pay a $20 refundable electric-key card deposit. Vans leave every 15 until midnight then it's every 30 min until 5am. They'll drop you off at either concourse but the delta side ride takes less than 5 mins and you're right in front of the SIDA door. You don't have to call any one, just pull up to the valet and show him your airline id, they'll take your $80, give you a card and you're in. Whatever date you start is your renewal date but if you get to the next month and don't have a trip, you can pay on your way in the next time which means you can stretch a month into 5 weeks and over the course of a year pay for only 10-11 months.
