ATI info?

Hello,

Wondering if anyone has any info on ATI's QOL for crew. Most importantly, anyone know if Loadmaster's are considered part of the crew. What is their QOL, pay etc. Thanks!

Loadmaster part of crew, No. Loadmasters typically only go on AMC, charters or sometimes startup of a new contract. They are not Union, Not covered by our Contract (or any contract). Some say they do not have any QOL, at least on the road.(Don't quote me but I think it is 20/on 10/off) They continue downline with the aircraft on stopovers/crewchange points. Hey they do get enjoy our crew meals when provided and stay at a hotel with us if the layovers long enough, I guess that is a plus.
