I’ve been looking for information about this company but I can’t find anything about pay, QOL, upgrades (probably years and years), schedules etc.
All I know is that they home base you and they fly DC8’s

Any ATI boys here that can share some info???

Some folks still on furlough (mostly PFE's), I believe most if not all FO's have been recalled and either came back, or declined twice and terminated (per contract).

In the middle of contract negotiations, could last another year the way it looks.

767 Program, I'll believe it when my hands are on the throttles.

Growth, non-existent presently. But several forced retirements in coming months (age 60 rule)

No one (of the rank and file at least) knows the direction the company is going, stagnation some possible reduction of work at present.

Great group of guys to work with!! (Just like anywhere we have our 5%'ers)

QOL besides that not too bad, Home Based, First year Pay OK. Schedules are Not week on Week off as has been rumored in past, lines go from 2/on-5/off to 10/on 6/off and anything in between.

Upgrades for foreseeable future, not going to happen, several Captains on downgrade because of reduction of force in Jan 2007.

Did I say great group of guys to work with!

Never worry about Bow and Curtsying to some other airline's flight crew to get to work. We pay to get you to work from anywhere in the country.

Crew Scheduling...Well just like any other CS dept you may have had in the past.

All in all not a bad place to work!! You just have to be able to hang on through the "lean" times or you can get real frustrated. Best to have a part time job the first few years. Just in case!

Thanks for the info!!!!! just heard you guys on the radio again today.

best luck to you on the contract negotiations, hope it works on your favorite!
