I was wondering about the current situation for air traffic controllers. Are there a good bit of jobs for them or are they hurting like us pilots?
Also, what does the future job market look like for ATC (although I realize forecasts are highly inaccurate considering pilots were supposed to be in high demand)?
I've been thinking about going back to school for ATC if the job market is decent. All thoughts and opinions welcome.

I saw a show a few months ago about a severe shortage in controllers in the next 5 years or so. Apparently there will be many retirements coming up in the next few years.. I can't remember the exact numbers they gave but it was pretty crazy. I haven't seen Kit out there promoting the ATC shortage yet though! He's still busy promoting the current pilot shortage...
