Just received a notice of the bankruptcy - Chapter 7 case against the closed Airline Training Academy. The meeting of creditors was on May 12, 2003. If you are a former employee of ATA, you have until August 11, 2003 to file a claim for the last two weeks of pay that ATA did not . To be paid, you must file a Proof of Claim even if your claim is listed (back pay) in the schedules filed by the debtor. The case number is: 6:03-bk-03571-ABB. You can receive information on how to file by calling the Bankruptcy Clerk's Office telephone # 407-648-6365.

Went to SFB and spoke with Colin and Don at Avion. They have the info on how to file. Don has a list of former ATA'ers that he will Email to me and I will add to my list and forward it to you.

Are you furloughed or just at home between lines?
Signed,
