I'm going to need a ride on you guys later on this week. This will be my first time with ATA/Chi Ex and am wondering if you have to pre-list for the jumpseat. Is there a ph.# or internet site to check loads? Thanks! BTW, I am a 121 pilot.

There is not a way to check loads, other than to call the reservation number and ask. I would think that if you did call you probably ought to do it after normal business hours. I am not sure about pre-listing for it. I guess if you call the rez number and check loads you can also see about making a "reservation" for it. We take as many as show up.

Call the ATA Non-Rev number (866 LIST ATA) and tell them your company and ask the loads. You can list for the jumpseat if you are from an offline carrier. I've heard many different opinions on this but from my personal experiences, they want offline pilots to list, and ATA/C8 pilots to just show up. You need to call between 7 PM and 7 AM though, not through normal business hours when calls are heavier.

Thanks bro, That was exactly what I was looking for. I'll call 'em tonight after 7
